It doesn’t take much for the groovers at The Henley to get out of their seats and dance when the music starts. So a night of favourites from the ’50s through to current hits with Vinyl Frenzy, a popular band from Redland Bay, was always going to be a winner.
A crowd of residents took to a makeshift dancefloor on the evening. Did they like it? Well, as Resort Manager Mark Fuller reports: “They loved it. Vinyl Frenzy had everyone up dancing in between tables and wherever they could.”
A tell-tale sign of the success of the event is that our residents have requested a return appearance from Vinyl Frenzy – and The Henley’s owner Patrick Smith was so impressed with the night that he decided to buy a dancefloor for future events!
